Originally from New York, John has been living in the Bay Area on and off for many years. John returned to San Francisco after seven years in Japan teaching and working in a law firm to join The People Connection in1998, where he went from working at the front desk, to staffing consultant to Operations Manager and Vice President to taking over as President and owner in 2018. John has also been active in the theatre, doing all aspects, from stage managing to acting and also does martial arts. He attended Suffolk County Community College, City College of San Francisco and San Francisco State University.
Jean Eddy relocated to the Bay Area more then 20 years ago from the East Coast. She has 30 years of staffing service experience. She has worked her way from consultant, recruiter, sales and management to ownership. She opened The People Connection in 1984. Her passion is to help her applicants/employees find good jobs as well as help her customers find the best employees. Jean has a BS in Business from the University of Maryland. Her days are currently filled with selling, marketing and problem solving.
Josh Torres is a Staffing Consultant at The People Connection. He is a local Bay Area (Palo Alto) native, and 2019 graduate of the University of Alabama with his bachelor's in business marketing. Prior to joining The People Connection team, Josh has spent his young career within the legal, tech startup and major league sports industries within the Bay Area. Josh is focused in all aspects of business development, recruiting, marketing and customer experience. Josh looks forward to further growing his expertise and career within staffing operations at the People Connection while building lasting client and candidate relations for years to come!
