At The People Connection we offer full service legal staffing and non-legal staffing to make life easier for you! One of our consultants will work closely with you to determine how we can best serve you. Our consultant will be glad to discuss ways in which we can help manage your company's long-range personnel needs regardless of your firm's size or environment.
We can provide personnel for short or long-term assignments OR special projects for which you do not want to commit the services of regular employees.
We can arrange for you to try out personnel before you take them on as regular employees. There is no additional fee charged for an employee you choose to hire after they have worked in your office for 12 weeks or longer.
We can recruit, screen, interview and reference check applicants for regular employment with your company.
We are in full compliance with San Francisco's Sick Leave Ordinance, Health Care Security Ordinance and Commuter Benefits Ordinance.
We want to ensure from the start that a placement is successful. You will always know when you can expect to hear from us regarding the filling of your order and we will check in with you on the very first day of the assignment and each Friday thereafter. We will also speak each Friday to our employee and reconfirm their continuing commitment to the assignment. We welcome your feedback and will send you a written form to rate our employee. This form is also available on line.
We guarantee our employee's performance on the job. If for any reason you are not happy with a member of our staffing team, let us know immediately. Of course you will not be billed for any period an employee is not productive.
You can contact us around the clock. We are on call after hours and on weekends.
We provide only bonded employees to our clients. Our employees also carry Worker's Compensation and bodily-injury and property-damage coverage while at your workplace.
